Following an initial client meeting, equipment survey and checking of any existing documentation we can provide a comprehensive specification or smaller scale scope of works to enable contractors to tender for the works.
Service Contract Management
Service contract management is a large part of our professional services offering as it covers many differing factors relating to the ongoing management of the maintenance of your asset(s).

On occasion a client will be in the market to purchase or sell an existing building, in this regard we can check all the existing Owners Documentation.
